Research Scientist · Microsoft · Bangalore, India

I’m a Research Scientist at Microsoft, building efficient neural networks for time‑series — forecasting, anomaly detection, and generation. I’m fortunate to be advised by Dr. Vijay Srinivas Agneeswaran and Dr. Badri Narayana Patro.

I’m wrapping up my PhD in Computer Science and Engineering at IIIT Delhi under Dr. Koteswar Rao Jerripothula, where I worked on complex-valued deep learning for computer vision. Before that, I did my M.Sc. and B.Sc. (Hons.) in Computer Science at the University of Delhi.

Off the clock, I’m probably extolling the virtues of :wq, hunting down the perfect keyboard, or out for an early-morning run. Recently I’ve been trying to get better at sketching with fountain pens.

Also, I would like to thank my colleague Apurv Dube for generously gifting this domain name.

If something here sparks an idea — research, collaboration, or just a keyboard/fountain pen recommendation — please reach out. I’d love to hear from you.

  • working on Efficient Neural Network architectures for Time-Series modeling at Microsoft — forecasting, anomaly detection, generation.
  • running loops in Bangalore at sunrise.
  • sketching with fountain pens — slowly, badly, happily.
